Join us for this slow soft dance in your animal body. This is an invitation to lay down in the middle of your life and breathe with the earth. Connect with your soul as you cradle your bones, fold them gently… sense the beauty of your life living through your body. Our first 45 minutes will be mostly on the ground. We will gently emerge from the subtle body to the vibrant spirited body, and then return to soft rest. This arc supports awareness and grows adaptability in the presence system (traditionally called the nervous system.) This is a spiritual, communal, dance ritual. I draw inspiration from Joe Goode’s Movement for Humans and Dunya’s Sufi Dancemeditation.
