How do we even begin to notice when we aren't present?
Come learn 5 energy skills to grow your awareness, competency & capacity for presence. All of us have ways we lose presence: leaving, merging, enduring, escalating, & rigidifying. Most of us have used the same safety strategies our whole life. Learn more about these patterns here!
In our Community Basics Practice we practice coming into presence together through:
Ground: connect to the Earth
Me/Not Me: clear out what is not yours & amplify your essence
Core: a felt sense of your essence in your bones & a place from which to measure what is aligned
Edge: healthy energetic boundary
Fibers: consciously direct your attention
Shout Doubt: shout out your doubt & rest in who you are
I've done decades of different trainings & I find these practices the most valuable. They create a foundation for you to be at home in your body & to give & receive energy with clarity and consent. The more you are in your basics the more you can discern what you truly desire. When you are in your basics you can communicate the clarity of your desires in a coherent way so your energy, dance, words, and actions all align to express your intentions. Your basics also support your focus on & complete what's most important to you!
I want to honor my teacher, Teeni Dakini, who trained me in these practices starting in 2011, & her teacher, Lynda Caesara, who I recently trained with! I have been inspired by this lineage to create this group movement practice.

If you are new to Ground, Me/Not Me, Core & Edge, you may explore them more in depth in the Sacred Learning Center. You will find there is a class dedicated to each one that is more thorough & addresses common questions.
