Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8 pm | Nov 12 – Dec 10

Register here for 5 wk series

$25 drop in at the door (If you really want to “drop in” to your body I strongly recommend the full series.  The weekly rhythm is powerful for grounding and balance as the autumn wind and low temperatures can move us off center.)

Come explore a fierce embodiment of love through this sensation based dance class. Release tension from the body, mental focus, and spirit.  Strengthen your intuition and motivation in the whole body.

This class starts on the ground with a guided movement meditation to slow down repetitive thoughts and open our attention span.  Then we use spinal waves, vibration, and shaking to ignite our life force.  The movements focus on the heart and pelvis, drawing on Middle Eastern dance, modern, Sufi dance meditation, and West African dance.  We also express the instincts of our body through improvisation. This class is open to all genders.
